Email Deliverability
Diagnosing why email lands in spam and building the DNS and policy infrastructure to fix it for good. Full SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment, BIMI setup, and ongoing monitoring.
Email Authentication
Hands-on engineering of SPF flattening, DKIM key rotation, and DMARC policy rollouts (p=none → quarantine → reject). Experience with complex multi-sender environments.
DNS Infrastructure
Deep DNS knowledge from running my own nameservers and troubleshooting enterprise environments. TTL tuning, split-horizon DNS, DNSSEC fundamentals.
Self-Hosted Infrastructure
I run production services on a Proxmox homelab from my London flat — web hosting (HestiaCP), media servers, file storage, and more. I own the whole stack.
Mimecast Platform
Technical support engineering at Mimecast: diagnosing routing issues, policy conflicts, connector failures, and integration problems for enterprise customers at scale.
Moving Into Engineering
Transitioning into a dedicated security or deliverability engineering role. My support background gives me a rare combination of deep customer-problem empathy and hands-on technical depth.
Support engineer by day, lab operator by night
I've spent years helping enterprise customers at Mimecast — one of the world's largest cloud email security platforms — get their email flowing correctly. That means everything from SPF lookup limits to DMARC policy conflicts to connector misconfigurations.
Outside of that, I run BayaniHost — a self-hosted web hosting service built on HestiaCP and Caddy, powered entirely by my own Proxmox homelab. Every customer gets full DNS, email authentication, and personal support from me directly.
